The event was RIZIN’s first of 2019 and saw Jiri Prochazka claim the inaugural RIZIN Light Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the evening.
In the co-main event, Japanese kickboxing star Tenshin Nasukawa improved his unbeaten record by defeating Fritz Aldin Biagtan.
Before then, Kyoji Horiguchi made easy work of Ben Nguyen in a highlight mixed martial arts content.
